Vintage 90's KC Spencer size 22 sheath dress

Bust is 56" hips are 54" length is 45" This great vintage dress is a KC Spencer by Chelsea Rousso. Size 22. It's 100% rayon in the print and it's 64% acetate / 36% rayon on the solid black.
