Vintage 90s Kokomo rainbow color open front cardigan, jacket, blouse topper with springy, black material, and a rainbow array of open woven yarns through the torso and sleeve. This isn’t quite a sweater so it’s not exactly a cardigan. It’s more like an open front jacket or blouse that doesn’t button closed meaning you must wear a shirt underneath. The type of material used for travel since it does not easily wrinkle in packing. Laying flat measures 26 inches shoulder to hem and 25 inches armpit to armpit with about a 3 inch opening in the front. Shoulder pads which can be removed.
