Vintage ‘90’s/Y2K Scoop Neck Tie Tank Top Black and White Striped Size M

I just love this sleeveless vintage black and white striped top. I use to have so much fun in this top back in the day. It ties on the left side to make it tighter and shorter to show off your stomach. Some of the white stripes are see through adding a sense of allure. You can’t really tell unless you are in the light. Also has a sexy playful blousy scoop neck. I’m not sure of the brand name because I apparently cut out the tag. But still has the care and size tag. I did not notice any holes or imperfections. It is slightly stretchy. Great preloved condition. 82% polyester, 7% spandex, and 11% nylon. Hand wash cold and tumble dry low.
