Vintage Black Leather Belt w/ Gold Chain Liz Claiborne Size S/XS Made in USA

Elevate a simple dress with this stunning vintage black chain belt by Liz Claiborne. This belt is in excellent condition and was made in the U.S.A. It fits the waist like a size small and the hips like an extra small. I am a 27 hip and I can only wear it at my waist. It measures 34” in length with the largest fit being at 31” and the smallest at 28”.
