✳️Pale blue,semi-sheer,chiffon silk blouse. 💠Tuxedo ruffles around neck and down from to hem.💞beautifully done sleeves with button cuff and gathered finishing. Excellent condition. 💠Bought from a stylist on a photo shoot. I wore it only once ( on photo shoot ). 1998.
