Vintage Cedars Seashells White Denim Jeans 26 Y2K

Are these jeans not amazing? They are listed as a size 10 so I was optimistic but the waist was too small for me, sadly. White non-stretch denim with seashell print - embroidery and beading smattered on the front only so they're not uncomfortable to sit in. Small spot on left knee. Check measurements: 13" waist 21" hips 13" rise 30" inseam These are giving Dolce & Gabbana and Versace.
