Vintage Chez California Cream Tiered Flappers Style Dress size 18W

Fun flappers style dress by Chez California, size 18W. Color is a light cream. V neckline and also comes to a V in the back. Pull on-no zipper. Short sleeves. Material has a little stretch to it. Small shoulder pads sewn in. Issues-needs cleaning-found one area of dirt and it looks like a little light yellow discoloration here and there-see last couple pictures-not too bad at all-hopefully will come out when cleaned?? It's hard to see-in last picture there is some on the side. Measured laying flat. Armpit to armpit-24. Top of shoulder to bottom hem in the front-42 1/2, it does come to a point in the middle at hem, so it is a little longer there. Tag does state dry clean but it seems like it could be washed gentle and hung dry. I am a size 18 and it fits me nicely. Super fun dress.
