Vintage Cream Ruffle And Lace Blouse (EUC)

This cream colored ruffle and lace blouse is vintage from the 1970s and is absolutely lovely. The flattering ruffle and lace collar goes completely around so it looks pretty from the back too. Ties in a bow and has really nice covered buttons and loop closure. Elastic on the sleeves allows them to be worn long or pulled higher on the arm. There isn't a size tag. I'm calling it small because it's 18" pit to pit. See photos for measurements. There is a small thread poking thru the seam under one arm that's original to the blouse. See zoomed in last photo. Only worn once. It's in excellent condition.
