Vintage Dress with bold colors! This is a really old dress, not exactly sure how old. The tag even reads: Drip Dry. I wore this dress to a seventies event many years ago. It is a beautiful dress! It is in perfect vintage condition. The buttons on the breast area, tie belt, and mock turtle neck really makes this dress fashionable.
