Beautiful vintage headband. Black velvet bow, brown netting in perfect condition, and beaded simulated feathers. They are not real feather, they are made of fabric, but the fabric is cut to look like feathers. Purchased from a vintage shop, was told when it was sold to me that it was originally from the 1940s, but have no way to confirm. Headband is in excellent condition, perfect for a vintage pinup look, or steampunk outfit.
