Vintage Feather Motif Long Sleeve Dress

Cutest dress! I wore it backwards, cuz that's how I do. Really sweet, very petite. Nice buttons on mock turtleneck collar. Long sleeves. Pretty Native American 70s inspired feather pattern. Skirt is lined. Bust: 15' unstretched Waist: 11.5" unstretched ( I am 27/28" waist and I can wear it, but will be more comfortable on a petite gal. I'm 5'9" for reference ) Length: 33.5" ( top of mock collar to bottom hem) No tag for material. Guessing a cotton / poly blend. Semi-sheer.
