Vintage toddler dress with long sleeves and an adorable oversized lace collar, complete with ribbon and rosette. This would be a perfect Easter dress or spring dress (or honestly any time). It is barely worn and in great used condition. Made in the USA. Purple and floral. There’s a high-waist seam under the collar. The fabric is soft and feels like velvet. Size is listed 18 mo but it would fit 12 months, maybe younger. Pit to pit is 13 inches, and hem to shoulder is 16.
