Vintage Gary Graham skirt

Loved this designer back in the day. He made small batches of clothes sold only to boutiques. Unique style & details. This skirt fits low on waist with fitted details to pleats that fan out at bottom. Soft cotton/linen so it lays flat. Fabulous used condition worn only by me. See photos for measurements.
