Vintage Gorgeous Czech Crystal Floral Brooch With Two Hallmarks

This is such a spectacular costume jewelry brooch. Beautiful 3 D flowers. Still very shiny and clean. All stones still intact. A collectors dream. Measures 3 x 1 3/4”. I’ve researched the hallmark and can’t find it.
