Stunninggg vintage 90s high waisted brown leather suede fringe skirt by Guess! Genuine leather suede. Size 5. Fits like a 24"ish. No stretch. Lined. 2 front buckles. Approx measurements flat: 12" waist 16" hips 17.5" long Great pre-loved condition with some wear on the buckles like discoloration but nothing significant. I will clean extra before shipping!
