Vintage handmade floral button down blouse with tie/sash at neckline. No tags, which is why I think it is handmade. Refer to pics for approx measurements to ensure proper fit. Would best fit a size large, unless you want to tie it and wear it oversized. I wear an xsmall/small for reference with it being tied at waist. Great vintage condition. Has a couple small pulls on each sleeve, but not very noticeable at all. Refer to pics.
