Vintage High-Waisted Tweed Skirt!

One of a kind piece, excellent condition! No holes, no tears (aside from the original tag being torn off 😭). Has the cutest pattern! Can be worn with or without leggings/tights, depending on your style. Small belt-loops at the waistband are all functional, as well as the button/zipper at the rear. Waist measures 12" wide, length is 21" long, so perfect for an XS-S size.
