Highland Kilts- Classic 100% new wool wrap skirt in plaid (tartan) This is the typical Scottish kilt long hostess skirt, made in Scotland. It features a blue and green with red and yellow plaid pattern with frayed edges at the wrap, a leather buckle top closure and removable pin. Vintage item from 1990s- extremely high quality! Skirt is composed of 100% virgin wool.
