LIKE NEW VINTAGE. This sleeveless vintage Jessica Howard dress has a black and white abstract print [2nd photo shows accurate colors], a nice long zipper in back and a solid black lining on the top portion of the dress. 19.5" from underarm to underarm, 17.5" waist and 38" from shoulder to hem (a small 14). Exceptional vintage condition-no stains or holes.
