Vintage Joni Blair floral Sheath Dress

Vintage Joni Blair 55% cotton and 45% polyester pullon shirt type dress. Black background with tiny mauve and purple flowers. Slight vneck with three mock button adornments. Sleeves are a cap sleeve and have the padded shoulders. Padding can be removed by cutting threads that connect tem. Front and back bodice has darts on either side for that tapered look that goes to a flared out bottom skirt. Three bands with functional buttons at the waist in the back for a fitted waistline although if they are undone they just hang. Another option would be to crisscross them for a different design.
