Vintage Joni Blair tulle skirt dress

Pastel colors of pink, lavender, green and white belted tulle skirt dress, 12in sleeves gathered at shoulder and end of sleeve. Banded sleeve closes with white pearly buttons and shoulders have padding. Bodice has cross top and two snap closures with a hidden 10inch side zipper. Waist is gathered and comes with a 5 hole matching belt. Skirt has a pretty flare to it coming from the attached tulle skirting underneath. Some slight staining due to storage but should probably come out with a cleaning. Size is small and length is in the description.
