Vintage Le Painty Paris pants

Vintage Le Painty Paris high waisted, pleat front pants. Pictures do not do justice to these amazing pants!!!!! They are black fabric with tiny colorful polka dots throughout. Tapered leg, appears to have been hemmed. Feels like a wool blend, but fabric and care tag are too faded to tell for sure. Few tiny holes at top of inseams see pictures. Size listed is 44, see approx measurements to assist with fit.
