Vintage Looney Tunes 3 ring binder

Vintage Looney Tunes 3 ring binder. it is a collaboration with Hallmark, and the copy right is from 1997. There is some discoloration and indents on the inside. This can be seen in the photos above. The characters look like they have been drawn with acrylics. The characters include Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Tag, Sylvester, Daffy Duck, and Marvin the Martian.
