Extremely Rare Vintage Phil Strann Armless Shrug (or structured Shawl) Black Velvet w/ Plastic Coated Thread(?) Pattern Drapes Over Shoulders Add This Elegant Piece To Your Collection &/or Pair w/ A Phil Strann Hat! One Size Pre-Loved Vintage Condition This Piece Has Not Been Laundered Because Our Small City Dry Cleaners Don't Clean Well & I'm Afraid I'll Lose Color & Ruin The Tassles Further If I Clean It Myself. Some Tassles Have Been Stretched Out A Bit Causing That Curly Chain Look To Some. A Few Tassles Are Short & All Have Fraying @ Their Ends One Snag On Main Body Inspect All Photos Carefully I'm having an extremely hard time finding any information about this label except that Phil Strann is primarily associated w/ ladies hats & was possibly part of the costume department for "The Colgate Comedy Hour" in 1950. If you have any information or knowledge, I'd love to learn something.
