Chez California Designed By Tandy vintage women's semi-sheer black loose fitting tunic style dress that fits below knee. It has a round gathered yolk neckline with beautiful triangle shaped beaded detailing in the center. There is gathering at the shoulders, button cuffs and a back zipper closure. Good vintage condition, the fiber and size tag has been removed. I believe it may be a polyester chiffon and may fit size M-L *Although this is a free flowing garment please be sure to check the shoulder and sleeve measurements.
