Vintage Skirt and Top 6

Vintage I'd say 70's. Hand painted with a non transfer glitter. Hummingbird across the front. Glitter spot accent on the rest of the blouse. Slightly gathered at the shoulders. Butterfly sleeves. Black stretchy rayon type material. I can't find anything with a fabric content. Skirt is is elastic waist. Solid black at the very top of it. About 6 inches down the same hand painting and glitter birds repeat on the rest of skirt. Sash belt is attached to skirt on one side. Unique piece. 20 inches pit to pit 23 inches from shoulder to bottom skirt 12 inches laying flat. Stretches up to 16 inches. 28 inches from top of skirt to bottom. DSBIN1
