Vintage Souvenir Of Milwaukee County Zoo Leather Like Penguin Tag Made in Japan. Vintage leather like (could be actual leather) 7 inch penguin toy. Tag is still attached and says Milwaukee County Zoo. Back of tag says Made in Japan. Penguin is in very good, preowned condition. It is a hard material, not soft like a plush. Eyes are felt. Ribbon is slightly frayed on the edges but still tied.
