charmanimal I am so sorry that I missed your question until just now! Forgive me. So my wrist measures approximately 6.4" and 160mm around. This cuff is malleable, yet sturdy. The cuff can be stretched, or constricted to fit a wide range of wrist sizes. I hope this helps!

debbyjones717 I have a strange question since you have a mm ruler can you tell me what the width of the twisted strands of sterling. I had a beautiful bracelet cut down and the gem put back on now it’s too small. I need another twisted cuff that will fit my gem stone end caps actually I could use the tool my son has to measure mm with a gauge that pinched on an object telling what mm the item is. Looks like sharp tip pliers with a digital read out.
