Vintage Studio 90's VTG Floral Sleeveless Boat Neck Mini Shift Dress Size 10 Excellent used pre-loved condition, no flaws VTG and straight out of the 90s - This pull-on dress was made in the USA to be sleeveless with wide straps and a boat neck. It has a mini length with a loose shift fit and it is completely lined. It's lightweight, breathable, and comfortable with a flattering cut. It is tan in color with an all-over floral print that is cream, brown, blue and purple. Very simple, classic, and perfect for Spring and Summer.
