Vintage Talbots silk button down shirt dress with pocketwatch print navy 10P

Talbots Petites pocketwatch print 100% silk long sleeve dress. This is vintage, likely from the 80s based on the shoulder pads and the fact that it was made in Korea. This pattern is so fun. I also love the buttons all the way down the front, and the pleated skirt. Elastic waist. Padded shoulders. Side 10 petite. Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit 20” Waist unstretched 13” (stretches to about 17.5”) Length 50” FLAW: Appears to be missing a belt — has thread belt loops. Otherwise, no flaws. Dry clean. Reminds me of what Ms. Frizzle would wear while teaching a class about time!
