Vintage‎ Tim Bird Flying Machine Made in France 1985 Leonardo De Vinci inspired

We have two of these plastic toys made in France in 1985. They are new in package with all components. We had 2 more of these and opened them to play with them and the rubber bands were not functional. If you purchase these you will need to replace the machinery inside with new rubber bands.
