Vintage Victorian Style Burgundy Velvet Dress

Vintage Victorian style dress in burgundy velvet. High neck with buttons down the front and zipper down back. This piece was purchased from a vintage store in the very early 2000s. So it was already Vintage 20 years ago. The dress does not have any brand tags, but it does have one small size tag showing Size 10. Fits like a women's size S-M. Missing the very bottom button, and the velvet does have a few press marks, please see photos for reference.
