Vintage Y2K Liz Claiborne black dress features short sleeves, shoulder pads, and an allover floral pattern. I added a belt for most of the photos because I like a little midsection definition, but please note it does not include a belt :) Measures 21 inches underarm to underarm, 25 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 8 1/2 inches shoulder seam to hand. The size tag is a 16P, but adjusted for modern sizing it fits more like a 12P.
