Vintage Y2K Merona Corduroy Jacket

Craving a hit of nostalgia? Gift yourself a little Y2K magic with this vintage blue corduroy jacket from Merona. The moto-inspired design features a funnel neck, cropped body and strap details at the sleeves. The hidden placket closes with a matte silver zipper and a snap button at the bottom. The neck fastens with two large corduroy-covered buttons, while two others create a grouping of four for decorative effect. The large corduroy buttons decorate the sleeve cuffs as well--they add a touch of whimsy throughout the jacket. Diagonal seams running down the front reference motorcycle or motocross jackets. Front patch pockets with simple flap openings offer storage. Fully lined in satin polyester, the jacket is beautifully tailored with an hourglass shape to accentuate the figure and flatter you. Crafted from 100% cotton, the corduroy is super soft and cozy--great for fall or spring! This jacket is just fun and youthful. The muted teal blue color is playful but not too bold or overpowering. This looks like something Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy Summers would wear while hunting vampires in the Sunnydale cemetery! Note there is one rip in the lining that has been repaired with blue stitching (last photo) as well as a small tear in the lining that has not been repaired (2nd to last photo). That could easily be fixed by a tailor or at home. Otherwise excellent condition, and the exterior is pristine!
