Vintage black velvet dress

Absolutely gorgeous and classy vintage velvet cocktail dress. The detail is amazing, especially on the back with 6 heart shaped buttons. Says size 11, but it is tiny. 14” shoulder to shoulder. 32” bust. 26” waist. 41” long. Has slight rip in seam below zipper and the hem is coming out. Easily fixed by s seamstress.
