Vintage fabric belt

Vintage fabric belt, plastic tortoise shell buckle, fabric is the same on both sides, brown piping on top & bottom edge of belt, colors are green, orange, blue, red & yellow, tag has been removed, no spots or stains to fabric, some thread pulling on buckle area. This belt does not have holes for buckle, it’s a cinch belt.
