Vintage floral long short sleeve dress SZ M

Great vintage condition except for missing liner. I displayed with full slip. A little bit of a 40s retro feel. Size tag says medium although please confirm measurements approximate laying flat in pictures. Poshmark does not accept returns for fit issues. Please see all seven pictures provided.
