Vintage made in Japan mini vase green orange flowers 3 3/4” x 2 1/2” wide

Top rim is missing paint, 2nd flower from bottom missing green tape. Cluster of dots on back has some missing. Mini vase 3 3/4” tall. Made in Japan. Digit with missing paint down and to the right of the cluster of dots. Not sure exact age but I have had over 20 yrs and was my grandmas before that.
