90s gem! This vintage Express romper is super cute and in perfect condition. I got it for myself, but it’s slightly too big. Definitely check measurements! I think it’s meant to fit slightly oversized, but my shoulders are too small for it. Also please note that it has shoulder pads. IMO they’re petite and wonderful shoulder pads. The buttons are all intact, as is the tie in the back (cinches the waist nicely!). See last two pictures for most accurate colors.
