Vintage unique glass bowl with butterfly base

Small decorative glass (crystal!) bowl (no chips) Butterfly base (not attached) looks like stainless steel though I don’t see a marking I used occasionally as a sugar bowl on holidays Butterfly base has some tarnishing most of which is covered by the glass bowl See measurements in pic
