Vintage y2k psychedelic halter maxi dress

Vintage y2k psychedelic halter maxi dress. Orange, reds and browns. So cute and giving 70s vibes. Brand is Body central. Quintessential early 2000s brand. Perfect for spring and summer. It's hard to read but tag says it's a size medium. Can fit a small Modeled on an xs/s though (I'vetied it so if fits properly lol). Waist band is elastic. Has ties for the neck halter and ties to tighten the waist area. Cups have padding in them eliminating the need for a bra. (It might be hard to see, but in the last pic there is fraying on the tie straps of the dress. can easily be cut off though)
