This is a hi-low tunic that swishes and sparkles as you walk. You will definitely be seen when you walk into the room. This goes well with leggings or slacks whichever you prefer. It is made of 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex, so it is easy to wear. This item is new without tags. Pit to pit measurement is approximately 18". Since this is a shark bite hem, I measured from the middle of the scoop neck to the hem, and it was 21" long and I measured from the shoulder down to the hem and it was about 29" long. The length in the back is about 31". Please keep in mind that these measurements are approximate and taken with the fabric unstretched.
