Vtg 90s tunic w/ rose buttons

Vintage 1990s era v-neck, 3/4 sleeve, woven fabric tunic-style top. The buttons are beautiful, featuring metal that looks like roses, but they're just for looks. Hidden back zipper and shoulder pads. No tags on this one but it is machine washable. No stretch. Size L. Fits like a size 14. Bust 46"
