I’m calling this one “Cloud 9” because you absolutely feel that way wearing it. Stellar ruffled beauganza cold shoulder sleeves with some stretch on a very flattering neckline. Velvet body with bow & rhinestone- accent. Excellent vintage condition, minimal wear. Union made in USA; velvet made of 109% rayon, lining made of 100% acetate, beauganza made of 100% polyester.
