queenmumm @mytherapy Mina - your items will display in the opposite order your edit/share them. So, if you want the jeans at the bottom, share them all first. Whichever category you want next will "stack" on top so that your most recent item shared or edited by you is placed on top of your closet. Keep in mind that some customers may not have the patience to scroll your closet to get to your dresses, for eg. if they aren't your size in shoes and the first 30 listings in your closet are shoes only. That's why I suggest mixing up your closet a bit Maybe try doing a feature section at the top - the best of what you have - and then making categories for your lesser priced items below that. When you want to share your entire closet during a party - start at the bottom and work your way backwards. This keeps your closet in the same order. But always do a bit of shuffling every now and then to give the best exposure for your items. Hope this helps. Good Luck! That dress should be arriving today! :)

julia_rose Great minds think alike I posted a message about my closet & it's the same background yellow stripes with brand names I don't remember when I created it maybe 6 months ago?. So I came to visit your closet just glanced at the stripes & thought I was having a "Senior Moment" I said to myself oops I thought I was in your closet but I'm still in mine🙀 lol lol I laughed to myself. Moving along I'm going to check your blog out. I've had years of sales & marketing for Fortune 500 companies. I'm a photographer so I focused on styling my listings , a little to much & not enough networking, building personal relationships. I saw Posh Tips & for some reason I saw get a great cover shot.,it really isn't that simple or everyone would have hundreds of thousand followers.

Periodically I get on the app and do nothing but share at random, from the main feed, from host picks and then from my newsfeed. I always share not expecting a share back. It's the best way to approach the app because we all have lives outside of Posh and keeping up is difficult. I do appreciate you sharing my closet! 🌹👍😊👑😘

queenmumm @kmb42 I've been with Posh for a little over a year now. I'm seriously three sheets to the wind of posh addiction. It's so bad I built a business around it and now I consign for 16 clients. My fave part of the app is the community. I've met hundreds of women who are literally my best friends now. We've met and partied in person - at Poshfest last October and then again last month in St. Louis. Making sales is great, but the community is the hook for me. I have a lot of followers because I'm a suggested user. We rotate on a list. New Poshers automatically follow 40 suggested users when they start. With the growth of the app, my followers have grown, too.

queenmumm @julia_rose Thanks so much for your post above. Sorry I'm just now responding. I think that's awesome you have marketing and photography experience! Both should help immensely here. It's true that covershots are the best way to get someone in your closet, but customer service and networking back really do help. I have a post in my closet that speaks entirely to marketing yourself outside of the app. If you go into your account settings and enable google search visibility, you've already increased your exposure tenfold. I can now google a few of my items generically and they pop up in the first 5-10 results. That's amazing. Let me know how it's coming along in your closet as you integrate more of your marketing mastery into it. And if you find something that works well, please help mentor others with it. We are a stronger community because we empower each other through our knowledge and experience. Cheers! :)

queenmumm @kmb42 Yes, just 2 years old. If you get the chance, google "Poshmark growth" and read the articles about the platform. To put it in perspective, when I joined last January, katef (who invites us to all the parties) had a little less than 500k followers in 1 year of being active on the app. She now has over 2.1 million. The evening party had about 35-40k listings. It's now well over 200k almost every evening. We were told in October that there are 300k active selling closets, and combined, we upload about 1 million dollars worth of inventory EVERY SINGLE DAY. My mind still starts smoking just thinking that through!

I found that strange since i just started & only sold a few thousand dollars worth. Its gotta be a glitch or something. With all the poshers on here and the high end inventory selling.

kimsthings 💖Brenda, after reading your listings and seeing your entire page, I was thinking the same thing!!! Soul sisters, cut from same cloth ✂️. I have been on posh for about 8-9 months. Have put my heart and soul into it💖 I really really want to start going to live parties!!!!!! I'm living in ohio ( hate it) lol. Family circumstances have me here for a bit, but will be selling my house this summer so that we can move ASAP. The hubby is in a field that he can work anywhere..... Sky the limit!!! Yay!!! queenmumm @liz3 Hey Lori, I think you've already found the link, so I hope it's given you some advise that will come in handy. There are a few other "Q-Tips" in my closet (posted similarly to this) which may give you some additional help. Becoming an SU or host can take time - so patience is an absolute virtue. There is a large pool of Poshers wanting the same thing but you can distinguish yourself by being dedicated, mature and selfless. Just make sure you don't have any items in your closet that would stop your progress, and commit to sharing for others and always staying positive in all your comments, transactions and Posh relationships. gemsbyjoan Hello, a little confused about something and cannot find a clear answer anywhere, someone said to come here. Forgive me if I sound so new, it's because I am brand spanking new and want to abide by ALL of Poshmark's rules. My question, I have many items that are new but tags were discarded. I've read somewhere (forget where now) that in order to use NWOT you must still have tags (I guess this means like show them in picture beside item though not attached). Is this true??? My tags are thrown away but item(s) are new. Can I place NWOT on/in my listing? Hoping you can help make this clear. 😊. Thanks, Val 💗

queenmumm @gemsbyjoan The "tags in possession" rule for NWOT is specifically for items that MUST be brand new in order to be sold on Posh - essentially swimsuits and undergarments (plus any other clothing or accessory that falls under a hygiene rule). These items MUST have tags, whether attached or not, and pics must display the item with tags shown clearly. All other garments such as dresses, tops, shoes, etc can be sold NWOT if they are missing tags but are otherwise brand new. Hope this helps. 😊👑😊

queenmumm @lolo43879 You cannot delete any activity in another closet. If you sell or purchase something in the app, the listing becomes permanent as a record of the transaction, (as well as all commentary made on it). The only thing you may delete are unsold listings in your own closet. Only PMHQ can delete commentary and you would need to send them an email with details. Hope this helps. 😊

queenmumm @xxcrisellexx Hi Criselle, welcome to Poshmark! Yes, unfortunately, the contact lenses are not Poshible so you need to remove those listings asap from your closet. You can't remove SOLD listings, but your closet will have an easier road to be considered for host pick if your active listings are compliant with the rules. And don't worry about having to remove things. Many Poshers started out with beaucoups of non-Poshibles when they were new. They removed those and now they have HPs in their closet. Tag me when you've cleared those lenses and we'll see if we can't get you a host pick this week. Cheers! :)

queenmumm @missholly760 Ok, I understand now. :) Sometimes sellers will list "boutique" as the brand if they have an item that has no brand or is a brand only offered in the finer boutiques. It's a matter of choice for the seller because it gives the item a way to be searched on a larger scale. Some buyers will specifically search on "boutique" for this subset of shopping. Hope this helps. :)

Part of me feels like they are okay to sell because they are actually necessary to create clothing, but I'm not sure, because I know that we can't sell scissors, and we need scissors to cut cloth!
