I RARELY USE THE GRADING NEW WITHOUT BOX, BUT THESE BEAUTIFUL BLACK VELVET ULTRA-HIGH-HEEL SANDALS BY WSKEISP COME CLOSE. They're pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently little worn, possibly even unworn, in near-perfect condition. There is no label or inscription to identify the materials, but they are otherwise free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. They have soft, cushioned insoles for your walking (or standing-around) comfort. The ankle straps have shiny silver-tone metal buckles with 3 settings to ensure a comfortable fit. The uppers are an unidentified fabric with the soft, plush feel of velvet. The stated size is 37, a Euro size corresponding to U.S.size 6.5, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of shoes that they know fit well prior to purchase. Inside measurements are: length, heel to toe 9 3/8"; widest point 3.5"; narrowest point 2 1/8". Heel height is 4 1/8", platform height, center front 1 5/8".
