I listed new with tag because the extra snap is still attached, I lost the tag somewhere. measurements are totally approximate, and I measured laying flat and shaped to the largest pit to pit measurements. Has double snap closure, and rope tie inside to get the fit one likes. no flaws that I can observe. In my opinion I call the material soft baby corduroy. Size XL please ask for extra measurements as of snapped tigher or looser which makes the measurements different and the cord closure inside can make it tighter or looser which ever is the preference.
