I grew up with a German Shepard and they are the most amazing dogs! 💙 I think about the fact that I will one day have to deal with losing my 4 boys and it hurts my heart. I have a tuxedo, 2 Maine Coons (they're HUGE!) and the sweetest 8 month old Ragdoll kitten that already weighs 15 pounds (he's not overweight, just enormous...the vet says to expect 22-25 pounds full grown because they grow until they're 4! 😳).

sarahmc13 @thelanes2 Oh, that's so sad. 😪 Have you thought about another dog or cat? Maine Coons and Ragdolls are very "dog-like" in their disposition and can be trained to walk on a harness and leash and even do tricks! 😊 My Ragdoll is the most loving creature I've ever met and soooooooo smart (his name is Einstein!). Ragdolls get that name because they go completely floppy when you pick them up...totally relaxed, like a ragdoll! And both breeds are known for being great with kids! 😊

thelanes2 @piccadilly_posh no please don't apologize it's ok 😊 yes they are just like family I had her since I was in middle school and then I had a German shepherd who passed this past October she was 10, and that just broke my heart all over again, I remember asking my mom growing up when we would loose a pet why couldn't they live as long as we did, I know some animals have longer life spans but it just seems like they just aren't here long enough with us 😔

piccadilly_posh Aww, so sorry about your dog, too. It's a shame the bigger the dog, the shorter the life span. Like you said, though, it's just not long enough. If they lived to be 50 and we were alive to see them die, it still wouldn't be long enough. 😢

I read a very interesting article from a lady called Kim Sheridan she's a medium and a pet intuitive and this girl has been researching this for 30 years and she says there is just way too much overwhelming evidence that animals to go to heaven and people have seen their animals and people have seen animals in heaven with near death experiences. You may want to look her up because it was quite comforting when I lost all my babies

My son breaks my heart he's two now but still remembers our shepherd and goes to the door and will call for her 😢

soulcrusher716 @thelanes2 awe!!how sweet,but im sure it makes it harder,badazz butterfinger lol had his own facebook page,its still up,he grew up w/my kids,he was 17,my son 20& my daughter 25..he was my baby,he got Alzheimers,Im a nurse and didnt know pets can get it!My son is disabled,many surgeries,BadAzz Butters protected him from therapists etc lol literally laying over him & not allowing them to touch him😹the pple afraid of cats ha!

thelanes2 @soulcrusher716 awww, yeah my cat i had gotten her when I was 14 and she was almost 17 when she passed and my shepherd I didn't get her until I was in my mid twenties, but she was so protective of my little boy, and even when I was pregnant she wouldn't let anyone she didn't know around me lol, the cable guy had to come out and it was awful lol but I was glad to know she was protective of me. Yes it's crazy how people are about cats, I've always loved both cats and dogs

thelanes2 @serenaos posh discourages that, what you could do is just change the brand to what it is and then is the description state similar to Tory burch or whatever design it is similar to and that would help with traffic, I know it makes it hard sometimes when the brand actually isn't there to select and you have to custom type it in

thelanes2 @meow7 thank you she was my baby, I lost her right before I had my son and I lost my shepherd right after I had my daughter 😔 my shepherd was so good with my little boy she was always by his side and she was around 7 years old when he was born and wasn't raised with kids but she was very protective of him whenever strangers were around they were definitely best buds

thelanes2 @meow7 thank you 💕 my cat was almost 17, the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong, I'm thinking it was old age, and my shepherd was 10 they are thinking she had a blood clot that killed her 😔 wish they could be here with us longer, I'm thankful for the time and know they aren't suffering but still hurts not having them here

meow7 @thelanes2 I bet they lived such happy lives! I'm sure you gave them lots of love! I totally feel your pain though! I didn't even know dogs could get diabetes and my other doggy got breast cancer after having her first litter! I had no idea dogs could get breast cancer if you don't get them spayed right after having puppies! It was so heart breaking to watch her be in pain but she survived! 💕 Hopefully one day I can get as beautiful of a German as the one you had! 💕
