stylebright PS I didn't know how to say this, I didn't want to post it on your listing... But the Miche "clutch" that you listed? I think that's actually a purse cover, that brand makes different shells (like what you have), it attaches to the purse frame/shape. The magnetic parts snap on so that you can interchange each cover with one purse...I'm so sorry...I want you to be able to sell it to others looking for those covers!

I’ve never heard of that before and I really think you’re doing great 👍 covershot pics are key with great lighting☺️ also something I highly recommend is adding measurements to your listings, this will protect you if someone buys something and it doesn’t “fit” them just so they can try to return it. Also people will ask for measurements so it’s better to answer that question before they ask. It might be a bit more time when listing but it’s so worth it!

markitzerodude @lisapparel I shipped a purse to someone who lives in my state, about 3 hours away. USPS online tracking confirms the specific date and time of the delivery. Poshmark released the paynent to me. It's a lovely bag and I included bonus goodies...etc, and really went all out in the wrapping presentation, etc. The buyer claims the package was never received. I'm feeling so guilty! Thoughts??

lisapparel @carolinebedol if it says delivered then it should have been delivered. A couple things could have happened, sometimes it was delivered & something happens and the package finally turns up. Don’t feel guilty sometimes buyers can say they never received the package to try and get a refund. I would email Poshmark and tell them that the package was delivered but she hasn’t received it. When something like this has happened to me the package has always popped up and Poshmark will take care of it 🙂
