White House Black market pencil skirt size 00 with slit, lined

This is a super cute skirt to wear with an oversize tee tucked in and booties or you could wear it to the office with a blazer. It can be paired in the winter time with tall boots or even nice sandals in the fall. It is lined size 00 measures 12 1/2 inches across the waist laying flat. The total length of the skirt is 18 1/2 inches. The slit on the left front knee is 5 1/2 inches long. This skirt has been worn but is still in very nice condition with no major defects.
